3 to 5 Working Days Delivery & Return Terms
Delivery Options:
If the product page shows "3 to 5 Working Days", the following delivery options apply:
SECURISPEED: €6.99 — 3 to 5 working days (Tracked, Insured, Signature Required)
DPD: €6.99 — 3 to 5 working days (Tracked, Insured)
Delivery working days are Monday to Friday (excluding bank/public holidays).
How to Return:
You must contact us to arrange collection. Do not send it yourself.
If returned by any other means, or without first contacting us to arrange collection, the return will be refused, the product sent back to you.
We are not responsible for lost/damaged parcels.
You must pay a delivery fee to have it sent back to you
Returns time frame:
14 days from delivery date (based on tracking).
Item must be unopened, sealed, and resaleable.
Must arrive back to us within 14 days.
Important:
Refunds issued only if all return conditions are met.
If opened or not resaleable, it will be returned to you and no refund given.
Warranty:
Manufacturer warranty period is specified on the product page.
