    We are an Irish VAT registered business based in Athlone, Westmeath. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Athlone, Westmeath via DPD. A tracking number is provided.

    All prices displayed in Euro (€) include Irish VAT. You will receive a Euro (€) VAT Receipt by email when you place an order. If you require a PDF version of a VAT Receipt, please contact support.

    Checkout price is final, delivered to your door in Ireland. There will NOT be any surprise fees to pay.

    You will receive a VAT invoice via email after payment. If you require a PDF version please contact support.

    If we detect fraudulent activity, we will report it at the local Garda station. During this report, the following data will be passed to the Garda:

    Full name, phone number, billing and delivery address, time and date of purchase, IP address where order was placed from, transaction and payment details. DPD tracking number, DPD proof of delivery.

    All orders go through a series of automated checks. This is to protect people and us from fraudulent transactions. If your order raises any flags, you'll receive an SMS text message or email from us, similar to below

    We suggest that you follow the DPD tracking website after you receive a dispatch email and DPD tracking number from us, look out for emails and SMS messages from DPD regarding delivery date and time.

    Please add our email above to your address book. Order confirmation, dispatch and shipping progress updates are sent automatically to the email or mobile phone you used when placing your order, please check the spam folder if you cannot find the email. For Gmail, check the "All Mail" folder, Google does not show all your emails in your primary Inbox. If you mistyped or misspelled your email address you wont receive your emails. If you only provided your phone number during the order process, you will not receive any emails. Our email system is functioning as expected, if you have not received the email, there may be an issue at your end which is outside of our control. Whether you actually receive an email is up to numerous factors once that email leaves our system - personalized spam filtering levels or security settings, your email provider's inbox segmentation features (automated or pre-set for example in Gmail the preset segmentations are All mail, inbox, updates, promotions, social), what email program you're using (it appears Outlook and AOL are slipping behind the times), if you are using a personal email address or work email address, of which the work address may have more strict levels of filtering outside of your control set by company administrators, have you added our email address to your contacts list, have you done a search for our email address in your email and seen if any emails have ever been delivered, could you just have missed an email among the dozens of other emails that came through your inbox that day?     If your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You can return it once you receive it. Your nearest return address within Ireland is on the packing slip that will accompany your order. If your order hasn't been dispatched, we can cancel and refund it for you, please contact us at the contact details above.

    We require a full Eircode, 7 digits, to dispatch an order. If you do not provide this, we will try to match your address on the Eircode website, if we cannot find an exact match or if there are multiple address that are similar with no house number, we will email and call you. If we cannot get in touch with you, we will cancel and refund your order. We will not dispatch an order without a fully confirmed address and full 7 digit Eircode, if you do not provide your Eircode, your parcel will be delayed and or cancelled and refunded.

    If your parcel is misdirected it is outside of our control, your parcel is sent to the Eircode you provided at checkout.

    If your parcel is late or hasn't arrived within the time specified on the product page, please call or email us right away and we will contact DPD on your behalf and get it delivered for you.


    Orders valued at €100 or less:

    You will receive and email and/or SMS from DPD once they have your parcel from us, if you would like to, you can use the link in that message to re-arrange your delivery location and date. You will receive another email and/or SMS on the day that your parcel is "Out for Delivery" letting you know the time, within an hour or so, to expect the DPD driver. Please note, unexpected issues with transportation, roads, traffic, and weather can affect this estimated delivery time.

    If nobody is home to accept, inspect, and sign for the delivery, DPD may, if appropriate, leave your parcel in a "safe place". If there is no "Safe place" available, the parcel will be returned to your local DPD depot, you can then arrange a re-delivery date with DPD. When parcels are left in a "safe place" the DPD driver takes a photo. The photo will be emailed to you and us as proof of delivery. If you cannot find the parcel, please contact us and we'll let you know where the DPD driver put your parcel.

    Higher Value Orders (€100 or more):

    Please note, higher value items or orders, require an in-person signature upon delivery. If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, DPD will hold your parcel at your nearest depot for collection. Alternatively, you can reschedule the delivery for a more convenient day using the manage delivery link provided in the email from DPD prior to delivery.

    Not Covered in warranty

    1. Damage caused by the user.

    2. Damage to any ports and connectors caused by the user.

    3. Liquid damage.

    4. Improper treatment and usage, as in stretching, twisting of cables causing damage to the product.

    5. Tempered glass screen protectors are non-refundable if the plastic film has been removed from the glass. Bubbles under your tempered glass screen protector are either caused by incorrect application of the product by the user or due to pre-existing dust, grease, scratches and/or cracks on your device screen and so are not covered by the warranty and are non-refundable. Tempered glass screen protectors are designed to break, instead of your device screen and so once broken are deemed to have "done their job" and are not covered by the warranty and are non-refundable.
