DPD Collection point terms (Ireland): If after dispatch to the address provided at checkout, you choose to change the delivery address with DPD directly to a DPD Collection point, you are required to collect that parcel within 5 workings days. DPD are very strict on this policy, if you then do not collect the parcel within 5 working days, the parcel will be automatically returned to us. If this is the case, your order will be refunded but the delivery fee of €5.99 + a return to us delivery fee of €5.99, a total of €11.98 will be deducted from your refund.

Returns: You have 14 days (from the date of delivery on DPD tracking website) to return this product. Must be unopened, sealed, in resaleable condition and must reach us within the 14 day window.
