DPD tracking number: may take 24 hours(after dispatch) to register on their system
DPD delays outside of our control cannot be avoided.
DPD Collection point terms (Ireland): If after dispatch to the address provided at checkout, you choose to change the delivery address with DPD directly to a DPD Collection point, you are required to collect that parcel within 5 workings days. DPD are very strict on this policy, if you then do not collect the parcel within 5 working days, the parcel will be automatically returned to us. If this is the case, your order will be refunded but the delivery fee of €5.99 + a return to us delivery fee of €5.99, a total of €11.98 will be deducted from your refund.
Free Local Delivery: Our main warehouse is in Athlone, Ireland. If you are within 15km of Athlone town, we offer free same day delivery if you order before 3pm. Delivery time is between 5pm to 7pm for local delivery and there must be some one home to receive the parcel, we do not leave parcels unattended on doorsteps and the parcel will not fit through a letter box, if you are not home when we arrive, the parcel will be brought back to our warehouse in Athlone. To avail of this service, please call 083 468 7174 before placing your order.
Returns: 60 days to return your products as well as your 14 day Right to Withdrawal.

DPD’s innovative communications solutions offer interactive SMS messaging and email telling you when your parcel will arrive, giving you peace of mind and flexibility.
DPD’s innovative Predict™ service:
DPD tell you when your parcel will arrive. We provide DPD with your mobile number and/or email address. On the morning of delivery, DPD send you an SMS and/or email specifying the 1-hour window in which to expect delivery. You can look forward to receiving your parcel within the given time frame or you have the option to reschedule to a more suitable day, right from your phone or computer. Your parcel can also be left in a safe-place if you’re not at home so there is NO need to go hiking to any mail centres or delivery depots.
GPS location for your delivered parcel:
On delivery, contactless proof of delivery is captured for each parcel. GPS coordinates for each delivery are recorded against the delivery location.
DPD Parcel insurance:
Your parcel is safe with DPD. Your parcel is fully insured. This enables us to send a replacement item out to you at no additional cost if you parcel is lost or damaged during transit.
Picture Proof of Delivery:
DPD provide an image to you and us, that drivers capture of each successful delivery, whether it is delivered straight to you, to your neighbour or left in a safe place.
Security and privacy:
We will never ask for personal information (such as passwords or payment details) in an email, phone call or message. We do not take payments over the phone. We suggest that you follow the DPD tracking website after you receive a dispatch email and DPD tracking number from us, look out for emails and SMS messages from DPD regarding delivery date and time.

If your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You can return it once you receive it. Your nearest return address within Ireland is on the packing slip that will accompany your order. If your order hasn't been dispatched, we can cancel and refund it for you, please contact us at the contact details above.

We require a full Eircode, 7 digits, to dispatch an order. If you do not provide this, we will try to match your address on the Eircode website, if we cannot find an exact match or if there are multiple address that are similar with no house number, we will email and call you. If we cannot get in touch with you, we will cancel and refund your order. We will not dispatch an order without a fully confirmed address and full 7 digit Eircode, if you do not provide your Eircode, your parcel will be delayed and or cancelled and refunded.

If your parcel is misdirected it is outside of our control, your parcel is sent to the Eircode you provided at checkout.
If your parcel is late or hasn't arrived within the time specified on the product page, please call or email us right away and we will contact DPD on your behalf and get it delivered for you.

Orders valued at €100 or less:
You will receive and email and/or SMS from DPD once they have your parcel from us, if you would like to, you can use the link in that message to re-arrange your delivery location and date. You will receive another email and/or SMS on the day that your parcel is "Out for Delivery" letting you know the time, within an hour or so, to expect the DPD driver. Please note, unexpected issues with transportation, roads, traffic, and weather can affect this estimated delivery time.
If nobody is home to accept, inspect, and sign for the delivery, DPD may, if appropriate, leave your parcel in a "safe place". If there is no "Safe place" available, the parcel will be returned to your local DPD depot, you can then arrange a re-delivery date with DPD. When parcels are left in a "safe place" the DPD driver takes a photo. The photo will be emailed to you and us as proof of delivery. If you cannot find the parcel, please contact us and we'll let you know where the DPD driver put your parcel.
Higher Value Orders (€100 or more):
Please note, higher value items or orders, require an in-person signature upon delivery. If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, DPD will hold your parcel at your nearest depot for collection. Alternatively, you can reschedule the delivery for a more convenient day using the manage delivery link provided in the email from DPD prior to delivery.

Not Covered in warranty
1. Damage caused by the user.
2. Damage to any ports and connectors caused by the user.
3. Liquid damage.
4. Improper treatment and usage, as in stretching, twisting of cables causing damage to the product.
5. Tempered glass screen protectors are non-refundable if the plastic film has been removed from the glass. Bubbles under your tempered glass screen protector are either caused by incorrect application of the product by the user or due to pre-existing dust, grease, scratches and/or cracks on your device screen and so are not covered by the warranty and are non-refundable. Tempered glass screen protectors are designed to break, instead of your device screen and so once broken are deemed to have "done their job" and are not covered by the warranty and are non-refundable.
